Information collected automatically

When you use the store, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, session information, cookie identifiers, and information about how you interact with the store and our marketing.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, fraud-prevention providers, analytics and advertising partners, social platforms, and other vendors that help us operate the store. The information received depends on your settings and your relationship with those providers.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • process, confirm, ship, track, deliver, return, and refund orders;
  • authenticate accounts and maintain your shopping cart and preferences;
  • communicate about orders, customer service, product questions, and policy updates;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
  • operate, troubleshoot, analyze, personalize, and improve the store;
  • measure advertising and, where permitted, provide marketing based on likely interests;
  • comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, sanctions, legal, and regulatory obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where a legal basis is required, we process information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate business interests that are not overridden by your rights, or because you have given consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Shopify and technology providers that host and operate the store;
  • payment processors and EAZY ECOMMERCE LIMITED to authorize, collect, reconcile, and refund payments;

  • a buyer, investor, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for money. Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures more broadly as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising”; where those laws apply, you may have the right to opt out.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the store functioning, remember preferences and carts, understand performance, prevent fraud, and support analytics and advertising. Some cookies are essential and cannot be disabled through our systems. Optional cookies can be controlled through any cookie settings made available on the store and through your browser. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the store to function incorrectly.

7. Advertising and marketing

If you opt in, we may send promotional email or other marketing communications. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing message. Service messages relating to an order or account are not promotional and may still be sent. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure campaigns or show content based on browsing activity, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

8. International transfers

Our business and service providers operate in multiple countries, including China, Hong Kong, Denmark, the United States, and other locations where Shopify and our vendors operate. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or other appropriate safeguards. Privacy protections in another country may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to maintain your account, fulfill orders, provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for contacting us if you believe your account has been compromised.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures; and appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To submit a request, use the contact form on our Contact page and identify the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information to document our response. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification of their authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it. A parent or guardian must supervise purchases made by minors.

13. Third-party links

The store may contain links to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
