Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to vimoraco.com and purchases from Vimora. By visiting the store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

The contract of sale is between you and Shenzhen RuiLun E-commerce Co., Ltd., the seller. EAZY ECOMMERCE LIMITED collects and processes payments on behalf of the seller. The Danish office provides administrative and customer-support functions and is not a separate seller under your purchase contract.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Store use

You may use the store only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape the store in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit false information, use the store to violate law, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, or third parties.

4. Product information and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and manufacturing batch. Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Product images may include props or styling items not included in the purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Prices, currency, taxes, and charges

Prices and the transaction currency displayed at checkout apply to your order. Prices may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, duties, and taxes are shown or described during checkout where available. You are responsible for any import duty, tax, brokerage charge, or government fee not collected at checkout, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may verify payment and order details before accepting an order. The contract is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, legal restrictions, payment failure, or inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.

7. Payment

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout to be charged for the order total. Payments are collected by EAZY ECOMMERCE LIMITED on behalf of the seller and may be processed through third-party payment providers. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and be authorized to use the payment method. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery windows are stated at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier capacity, customs, weather, address issues, public holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Address changes and cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun or a shipping label has been created. If an order has already shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

10. Returns, refunds, and defective goods

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Change-of-mind returns must meet the stated eligibility requirements. Your statutory rights for goods that are defective, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise nonconforming remain unaffected. Refund timing can vary by bank or payment provider after we issue the refund.

11. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, eligibility rules, start and end dates, product exclusions, minimum spends, or quantity limits. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively. We may cancel misuse or correct an obvious promotional error, subject to applicable law.

12. Reviews, submissions, and feedback

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content for operating and promoting the store. This license does not transfer ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

13. Intellectual property

The store and its text, design, graphics, logos, photography, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit store content without prior written permission.

14. Third-party services and links

The store may depend on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment services, carriers, and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control, but this does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Accuracy and service availability

We may update the store and correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or descriptive errors. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, security issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Product-specific instructions and warnings must be followed. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from store use or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the store, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, epidemics, government action, labor disruption, carrier interruption, customs delay, utility failure, or internet outage. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and perform when reasonably possible.

20. Termination

You may stop using the store at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability provisions.

21. Severability, waiver, and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning store use and purchases, except for mandatory rights or separate written agreements.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or state of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Any dispute will be handled by a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational, or business reasons. The version posted when your order is accepted applies to that purchase. Continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
