How to Request a Return

2. Include your full name, order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the request.
3. Wait for written approval, return instructions, and the correct return address.
4. Pack the product securely with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components whenever reasonably possible.
5. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt.

Return Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs. If the product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly. After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable authorized return costs when a return is required.

Refunds

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require approximately 5–10 business days to post the refund after it has been issued.
